Hello! My name is Kristian and I'm passionate about building awesome things with code, having a focus on data science. What drives me as a developer is my ambition and passion to constantly keep improving my capabilities to be able to solve increasingly complex challenges.
Currently I'm working as a Data Scientist at Nokia, and I'm about to graduate from Aalto University with a master's degree in Information and Service Management (Business Analytics track) & minoring in Machine Learning, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

What I Do
DATA SCIENCE
My main focus. I love analyzing data, building machine learning algorithms, and solving optimization problems.
FRONT END
I build beautiful front ends like this portfolio website for example. Also building interactive dashboards is something I enjoy doing.
BACK END
There's no data science web app without a back end. This is where my applications come to life.

Continuing my journey from a Data Scientist Trainee, I have transitioned to a Data Scientist role within Nokia Technologies' patent analytics team.
Data Scientist Trainee
As a Data Scientist Trainee at Nokia Technologies, I was part of a patent analytics team that is responsible for providing and further developing analytics to support the management of Nokia's world-leading patent portfolio.
Business Intelligence (Engineer) Intern
At Amazon, I worked in a team delivering data engineering and analytics for talent acquisition. My main task was building tools that help Amazon to measure, predict, and improve the recruiting performance.
